Faceoff
Carlos throws a bookshelf at Lylot. Luckily he wasable to dodge it, even
though it would have just gone through him. Lylotthrows himself at Carlos
because he has no ability to throw things. Carlosblocks his attack by using his
newly gained power. He blows acid at Lylot, and chaseshim around the library.
Me and C-dog are both worried now. But they made adeal, so we let them fight.
Lylot thought smarter rather than harder. He runsthrough the building and heads
outside. (Carlos made a barrier so that humans couldn’tleave through the front
door. By making this barrier, he trapped himself inas well.) “This isn’t over! I
either come out, or you come in.” Carlos yells sothat the whole neighborhood
could hear. (If they could see spirits like me andmy brother) Lylot comes in and
C-dog tells Carlos to stand down. Carlos turns towardus. He still has a fiery look
in his eyes, so I look away. “End this, or I stepin.” C-dog says. Carlos charges
toward him and stops. “Or what?” Carlos inquires,grimacing. C-dog quickly hops
up to Lylot, and takes over his body. “I'll fightyou.” C-dog answers. Carlos blows
his acid breath onto Lylot, but since C-dog has takenover his body he can’t be
harmed by it. C-dog fights back by teleporting behindhim and blows his acid
breath. “Carl! You didn’t tell me you also had anacid breath power!'' I yell
towards him. But he can’t answer because he’s in themiddle of a fight. Carlos
turns around and isn’t aware of the acid. The acidhits him in the eye and he
grows weak. C-dog stops and hops out of Lylot’s body.Lylot says, “Wow! I didn’t
even know that was possible.” C-dog responds, “I would’vewarned you before I,
like, took over your body. But Carlos would’ve seenit coming. Sorry about that.”
