  1. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the egg
    whites are cooked but the yolks are still soft.

  2. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and melted ghee
    and garnish with cilantro or parsley and diced red
    onions.

  3. Store extras in an airtight container in the
    refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on a baking sheet
    in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes or until
    warmed through.
