1 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional
yeast if dairy-free)
2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener
or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener
(see here) (optional)
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and combine until
smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Store the
sauce in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
