Sprint
The heart of Scrum is the sprint,
a time period[Time Box] of maximum
one month, within which a
finished["Done"], a usable and
potentially deliverable product
increment is produced.
All sprints within a development
project should have the same
duration. The new sprint starts
immediately after finishing the
previous sprint.

During the sprint:
- no changes are made that endanger the sprint target.
- the quality requirements must not be changed.
