29 His wife came forward crying. She
clasped her face, and said, “A
barren old woman?”

إ ۖ كِ ُّب رَ
َ
ال
َ
قكِ ِل
ٰ
َ
ذ
َ
ك
۟
وا
ُ
ال
َ
ۥ ق
َ
و
ُ
ي مُ حَ كِ ه
ْ
ٱ ل
يمُ عَ لِ
ْ
ٱل
30 They said, “Thus spoke your Lord.
He is the Wise, the Knowing.”
ا هَي ُّ ٣١

َ
ا خمَ
َ
ف
َ
ال
َ
ق
َ
ون
ُ
ل
َ
سرْمُ
ْ
ٱل
31 He said, “What is your business, O
envoys?”
٣٢
َ
ين
ِ
م
ِ
ر
ْ
ج
ُّ
ممٍوْ
َ
ق
ٰ
ى
َ
ل
ِ
إ
ٓ
ا
َ
ن
ْ
ل
ِ
س
ْ
ر
ُ
أ
ٓ
ا
َّ
ن
ِ
إ
۟
ا
ٓ
و
ُ
ال
َ
ق
32 They said, “We are sent to a
people guilty of sin.”
٣٣
ْ
ي
َ
عَ ل
َ
لسِ رْ
ُ
نِل
ٍ
ينن طِ
ِّ
م
ً
ةجَ ارَ حِ مْ
ِ
ه
33 “To unleash upon them rocks of
clay.”
٣٤

ي ن
ِ
ف
ِ
رسْ
ُ
م
ْ
ل
ِ
كَ ل
ِّ
بر َ
َ
ن د
ِ
ع
ً
ةمَ و َّ
َ
س
ُّ
م
34 “Marked by your Lord for the
excessive.”
٣٥
َ
نا مِ
َ
يه فِ
َ
ان
َ
ن كا مَ َنجْرَ
ْ
خ
َ
أ
َ
ف
َ
ينِنمِ
ْ
ؤمُ
ْ
ٱل
35 We evacuated all the believers
who were in it.
٣٦
َ
ن
ِّ
تٍ م
ْ
بَي
َ
ر
ْ
ي
َ
ا غيهَ ا فِ
َ
نجَ دْ
َ
ا و
َ
م
َ
ف
َ
ينمِِل
ْ
سمُ
ْ
ٱل
36 But found in it only one household
of Muslims.
٣٧
َ
ون
ُ
اف
َ
يَخ
َ
ينذِ
َّ
ل
ِّ
ل
ً
ايَة ءَ
ٓ
ا
َ
يها فِ َن
ْ
كرَ
َ
ابَ توَ
َ
عَ ذ
ْ
ٱل
يمَ ِل
َ
ْ
ٱلأ
37 And We left in it a sign for those
who fear the painful punishment.
٣٨
َ
نعَ وْ رْ فِ
ٰ
ى
َ
ل
ِ
إ
ُ
ه
ٰ
َن
ْ
ل
َ
سرْ
َ
أ
ْ
ذ
ِ
إ
ٓ
ٰ
ى
َ
وسى مُ فِوَ
ٍ
ين
ِ
ب م ُّ
ٍ
ن
ٰ
َ
ط
ْ
ل
ُ
س
ِ
ب
38 And in Moses. We sent him to
Pharaoh with a clear authority.
هِنِ ٣٩
ْ
كرُ
ِ
ب
ٰ
ى
َّ
لوَ
َ
ت
َ
ۦ ف
ٌ
ون
ُ
نجْ مَ وْ
َ
أرٌحِ
ٰ
َ
س
َ
ال
َ
قوَ
39 But he turned away with his
warlords, and said, “A sorcerer or a
madman.”

ُ
ن
ُ
ج و َ
ُ
ه
ٰ
َ
ن
ْ
ذ
َ
خ
َ
أ
َ
ى ۥ ف
ِ
فمْ
ُ
ه
ٰ
َ
ن
ْ

ب
َ
ن
َ
ف
ِّ

َ
ي
ْ
وَ ٱل
ُ
هوَ
ٌ
يم
ِ
ل
ُ
م
40 So We seized him and his troops,
and threw them into the sea, and He
was to blame.
٤١
ْ
ل
َ
س
ْ
ر
َ
أ
ْ
ذ
ِ
ى عَ ادٍ إ
ِ
فوَ
ُ
م
ِ
ه
ْ
ي
َ
ا عَ ل
َ
يحَ ن
ِّ
يمَ ٱلر
ِ
عَ ق
ْ
ٱل
41 And in Aad. We unleashed against
them the devastating wind.
٤٢
ُ
ه
ْ
ت
َ
جَ ع َ ل
َّ
لا
ِ
إ هِ
ْ
ي
َ
ع َ ل تْ
َ
ت
َ
أ ءٍ
ْ
ى
َ
ن شم ِ رُ
َ
ذ
َ
ا تمَ
َ
ي مِ مِ ٱ ل ر َّ ك
42 It spared nothing it came upon, but
rendered it like decayed ruins.
٤٣
ٍ
ين حِ
ٰ
ى
َّ
حَ ت
۟
واعُ
َّ
تمَ
َ
تمْ
ُ
ه
َ
ل
َ
يل قِ
ْ
ذ
ِ
إ
َ
ودمُ
َ
ى ثفِ
َ
و
43 And in Thamood. They were told,
“Enjoy yourselves for a while.”
