Estimating in Building Construction

All vinyl tile shall be 1/8 inch thick, sheet vinyl.

Bases shall be 1/8 inch thick, 2^1 ⁄ 2 inches high, color to be

selected by the architect.

All concrete slabs shall be machine trowel finished.

Section 8—Drywall and Wetwall

Furnish and install complete systems with any required
accessories as indicated on the drawings.

Addendum #1

1. Elevation of bottom of footing shall be 102 4 .


2. Interior footings shall be the same size and same rein-
   forcing as the exterior footings.
   3. Interior masonry shall extend up to elevation 11 4 .
   4. The length of the parking lot is 100 feet.
   5. All interior masonry walls are exposed masonry unless
   otherwise noted.
   6. Precast concrete lintels at W3 and W4 shall be 12  12
   inches.
   7. Acoustical tile shall be 2 feet 4 feet.
   8. Steel joists shall be 14J7, 9.4 pounds per foot; bridging
   shall be one No. 4 bar in the middle of the span.
   9. Apply two coats of masonry paint to all exterior
   exposed masonry (block) walls.


3. Apply two coats of semi-gloss paint to all door frames.


4. Lintel L1 shall be 10 inches 12 inches reinforced
   concrete.
