  • Led a team that effectively doubled the
    capacity of the EBPVD Praxair
    Surface Technologies plant in Indiana
    over the past four years.

  • Implemented a series of engineering
    improvements to equipment in the
    plant that have increased output of
    current capital by 30 percent..

  • Created and implemented a scheduling
    program that significantly improved
    communications throughout a 24/7
    operation.


Sri Sampath:



  • Developed a new design for a baby-
    care product that would combine the
    features of different products.
    Currently under prototype develop-
    ment.

  • Developed conceptual design of a new
    exercise/therapy product for foot mas-


sage/exercise based on Asian therapeu-
tic techniques.


  • Developed conceptual design for a
    hair-care appliance.

  • Partly financed several entrepreneurial
    ventures. One of the ventures was in
    the production of a mass-media prod-
    uct in India. Financed two other ven-
    tures in information technology devel-
    opment for the health-care industry.
    Of these two, one is an information-
    technology consulting firm in India
    that specializes in products and appli-
    cations in medical-imaging technolo-
    gy. The other provides services to the
    health-care industry.

  • Cofounded a community organization
    of volunteers to share Indian cultural
    heritage with local elementary school
    kids. This organization is currently
    evaluating proposals for creating a ven-
    ture to build a local gathering place.
