and women he addresses, from the human
heartshewakes. Itistheirenergyandnothis
inthetideofhisspeech. Theoratorisbutthe
tongue that syllables out the thoughts in the
hearts of the people; they are not able to
speak them, they are not able to articulate
them. Thethoughtsarethere,andwhensome
tongue putsthem into speech,when the other
inarticulatesensetakesthe forceof thespoken
word, thentheythink it isoratory. It istheir
ownheartsthatmovethem,anditisthisvoice,
inarticulate inthe people, which from the lips
of thespeakermakesthepowerthatringsfrom
land toland.
But that is not all. Every one of you in
your daily thinking, every one of you has
thoughtsthatyoupourouttotheworld. You
aremakingthe possibilitiesof themorrow, you
aremakingormarring the potenciesof to-day.
Evenasyouthink, thethought burninginyour
brainbecomesalivingforceforgoodorforevil
in the mental atmosphere just as far as the
vitality and the strength that areinit may be
ableto carryit on initsworkof thisworld of
mind. There is no woman, however weak.
