Du-14 Dazhui, HE-5 Tongli, HE-7 Shenmen, BL-15 Xinshu, BL-20 Pishu, ST-36 Zusanli, SP-6
Sanyinjiao, Ren-4 Guanyuan. Reinforcing method; moxa is applicable.

Explanation

• Du-14, with direct moxa, tonifies the Heart.


• HE-5, HE-7 and BL-15 tonify Heart Qi and Blood and calm the Mind.


• BL-20, ST-36 and SP-6 tonify the Stomach and Spleen and nourish Blood.


• Ren-4 nourishes Blood and calms the Mind.

Fu Ling Sclerotium Poriae cocos 9 g

Shi Chang Pu Rhizoma Acori Graminei 6 g

Yuan Zhi Radix Polygalae tenuifoliae 6 g

Explanation

• Ren Shen and Fu Ling tonify Spleen-Qi. Fu Ling also calms the Mind.


• Chang Pu and Yuan Zhi open the Heart's orifices.

This formula is used for the after-effects of shock which leave the Mind unrooted. It tonifies
Heart- and Spleen-Qi.

• To treat Atrophy Syndrome, adopt variations similar to those indicated for the previous
  pattern.
