  • In the Bladder: BL-28 Pangguangshu, Ren-3 Zhongji and BL-32 Ciliao with reducing or
    even method.

  • In the Gall-Bladder: G.B.-34 Yanglingquan and G.B.-24 Riyue with reducing method.

  • In the Liver: LIV-14 Qimen with reducing method.

Zhi Gan Cao Radix Glycyrrhizae uralensis praeparata 3 g
Sheng Jiang Rhizoma Zingiberis officinalis recens 3 g
Da Zao Fructus Ziziphi jujubae 3 dates

Explanation



  • Cang Zhu is the emperor herb to dry Dampness.

  • Chen Pi is the minister herb to assist Cang Zhu to dry Dampness.

  • Hou Po is the assistant herb to fragrantly resolve Dampness and harmonize the Middle. It
    also moves Qi, which helps to resolve Dampness.

  • Zhi Gan Cao, Sheng Jiang and Da Zao harmonize and regulate the Middle.


This is the main prescription to resolve Dampness in the Middle Burner.
