PROJECT SCHEDULING

Your upcoming project involves many
steps, too many to remember on your
own. After assessing your time and
resources, make a step-by-step list that
will take you seamlessly from start to
finish.
Do assess how realistic your dead-
line is.
 Do identify and anticipate possible
roadblocks and setbacks.
Do plot a project’s sequence of
events from start to finish.
Don’t be afraid to complete steps
out of their chronological order.
Do determine what tasks can be
done quickly and inexpensively and
which will take longer and cost
more.
 Don’t fritter away your downtime.
Use it wisely.
Do try and complete some tasks
away from your regular workplace.
