These booties are shaped by using a
method similar to short-rowing (see
pages 60–63). You may find it difficult
to understand what is supposed to be
happening by reading the instructions
alone; but when you are doing what
the directions tell you to, you will see
how easily the booties take shape.

(sample used elann.com’s Peruvian Collection Pure Alpacain green
#1256).
Note:A double strand of this fingering weight yarn is used to make the booties.
