2 poundsshrimpwiththeshellsoff
2 cupsdrymushrooms
2 cupsbeansprouts
1 pieceofonioncutintothreads
14 teaspoonfulFunWine

(a) Frymushrooms,beansprouts,andon-
ion in an oily pan for 10 minutes. Add
enoughwatertocover. Boilfor 15 minutes.
(b) Frytheshrimpinahot,oiledpanand
add the Fun Wine. Keep frying until the
shrimp turns red.
(c) Mix the shrimp with themushrooms,
bean sprouts, and onion, and add 2 cups of
primary soup. When it boils, add Chinese
gravy.
