long,unskinned
(fit) Cutthe deerintopieces 1% inchesby
1^inchesby^1 inch. Cutthesecondaryvege-
tablesintosmallpieces.
(b) Frythedeerinahot,oiledpan. Turn
constantly.
(c) Addthegingerjuice,sugar-cane,anda
little salt. Addthesecondaryvegetablesand
thechickenandcookfor 5 minutes.
(d) Addenoughprimarysouptocoverand
ingtoaboil.
(e) Transfer to a suitable bowl. Put the
FunWineontop. Steam for 2 hours.
Serve withoil and Chinesesauce.
