Place in it one tablespoonful of well-beaten
egg. Takehold ofthe pan andlet theegg

(b) Cutthemushrooms,Chineseham,bean
sprouts,and chickeninto threads. Fryfor 5
minutesinanoiledpan. Salttosuitthetaste.
Addenoughwatertocoverandcookuntildry.
When nearlydry,turnconstantlytoprevent
burning.
(c) Rollthisintheegg,makingtheroll^1
inchindiameterandaslongastheegglayer.
Usewhiteofeggforpaste. Cutcarefullyinto
thedesiredlength.
(d) AddChinesegravy.
