(a) Putthepikein asmallamountofsalt
waterandstirfor^hour. Thenmixwiththe
ham, onions,andalmonds.
(b) Cut the peppers into halves,take out
theseeds,andfillwiththepike,ham,etc. Fry
inboilingoiluntilyellow.
(c) Cookinprimarysoupfor1/^hour.
{d) AddagravymadeofChinesesauce,a
few drops of sesamum-seed oil, sweet sauce,
andcornstarch.
