Salt

(a) Chop allinto dice.

(b) Heatthe cooking pan for% minute.

Thengreaseitthoroughlywithoil.
(c) Addsaltand all otheringredientsex-
ceptduck. Keepturningforabout 5 minutes.
(d) Addprimarysoupandboilveryslowly.
(e) Mix together well the duck (cut into
dice),theoil,sesamum-seedoil,Chinesesauce,
and cornstarch.
