(o) Frythe choppedduck inahot, oiled
pan. Addthe gingerjuice and FunWine.
Thenaddthechoppedwaterchestnuts,mush-
rooms, andbambooshoots. Mix well. Add
enoughprimarysoup tocover andcookuntil
done.
(b) Add Chinese gravy, and salt to suit
the taste. Serve on top oflettuce. Use the
Chinese hamdice andthe friednoodles asa
garnish.
