1 chicken
2 cupswater chestnuts
2 cups mushrooms
2 cupsbambooshoots
2 cupscelery
2 cupsprimarysoup

(a) Cut the chicken and all of the vege-
tablesintosmallpieces.
(b) Put the secondary vegetables into a
hot pan containingoil. Fry for 2 minutes.
Addwaterand cookfor 15 minutes.
(c) Placetheduckfragmentsinahot,oiled
panandfryfor 5 minutes.
{d) Addthesecondaryvegetablesandmix
well.
(e) Add theprimarysoup andcookfor 5
moreminutes.
