Business Administration degree from Gan-non University.After serving in the US
Armyjoined General Electric Information Services,including two tours in Vietnam,he
in ErieRockville,PAs,Mubsequently transferring to theirDoffice in 1983. Upon leaving
GE, he worked for the Internal RevenueService until he retired in 2016.

Preceded in death by his parentssurvived by his wife of 53 years,Judith Dyer,Bill is
