 Foods that may indicate the presence of shellfish
protein: fish stock, flavoring (including natural or
artificial), seafood flavoring (such as crab or clam
exgtract), surimi

Tree Nut-Free Diet
Ingredients to Avoid:
 Almonds  Nutmeal
 Artificial nuts  Nut oil
 Brazil nuts  Nut paste (i.e, almond paste)
 Caponata  Nut pieces
 Cashews  Pecans
 Filbert/hazelnuts  Pesto
 Gianduja (nut mixture found in chocolate)
 Hickory nuts


 Pine nuts (also known as Indian, pinon, pinton,
pignoli, pignolia and pignon nuts
 Nougat  Pralines
 Natural nut extract (i.e, almond, walnut)  Walnuts
