Think of public gathering places, such as Laundromats, and
make use of their bulletin boards by posting your flyers. Some investors
go to large apartment buildings and ask for permission to post flyers on
their bulletin boards. If you are offering rent-to-own properties (or lease
option properties), an apartment building is where your key prospects
are living. This is a simple, inexpensive, and effective way to let the
public know.
At the bottom of the flyer, have tear-off tabs containing your
Squeeze Page URL and phone number. Again, this is not high-tech
stuff. But you are after people, and this is where people gather.
