For the tahini: Mix 1/4 cup (50 mL) each water and tahini (sesame paste), 1 tsp (5 mL)
grated lemon rind, 2 tbsp (25 mL) lemon juice, 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh parsley, 1
clove garlic, minced, and pinch sugar (optional).
Stir in up to 2 tbsp (25 mL) more water if desired. Makes 1/2 cup (125 mL)
