times as much water for the kidneys to detoxify fats and proteins as it does for
carbohydrates.
What are carbohydrates after all? Too many people have confused it with calories. For
example, they say potatoes don’t have as many calories as an apple. I say, with food that
has grown from the earth, you can eat as much as you desire because it’s good for you.
What about animal meat? The animal consumes food from the earth and then
processes it in its’ own body, and gives us a concentrate of fat. As a general rule, you
have to avoid concentrates of all forms and fat is a concentrate. You have to remember
that excess fats are our number one health enemy; so if you want to be healthy avoid it
altogether. Eighty percent of all the major illnesses and diseases today can be
prevented. We can cut the death rate now if we change our intake with the proper food.
What should we eat then?
Clean meat in principle, has nothing bad in it and you can continue to eat it. The
unclean animals that are mother nature’s scavengers and part of their role is garbage
collection and as such, we shouldn’t take them in our bodies otherwise, we partake of
their unclean nature. What are some of those unclean meats? Number one on the list is
swine, pig, hog, bacon, ham and pork.
Check out what Wikipedia has to say on the subject: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pigs)
“Pigs can harbour a range of parasites and diseases that can be transmitted to humans.
These include trichinosis, Taenia solium, cysticercosis, and brucellosis. Pigs are also known
to host large concentrations of parasitic ascarid worms in their digestive tract. The
presence of these diseases and parasites is one reason pork meat should always be well
cooked or cured before eating. Today, trichinellosis infections from eating pork are
relatively uncommon, at least in the United States, due to more stringent health laws,
better refrigeration, and public awareness of the dangers of eating undercooked meat.
Some religious groups that consider pork unclean refer to these issues as support for their
views. Pigs are susceptible to bronchitis and pneumonia. They have small lungs in relation
to their body size; for this reason, bronchitis or pneumonia can kill a pig quickly.[19] There
is concern that pigs may allow animal viruses such as influenza or Ebola to infect humans
