Exercise profits us by making us feel better, relaxing us and pushing our bodies to live
longer.So lesson number two is that, lack of exercise is your second health enemy. Get
up and exercise, it energizes your body! Go out for a walk instead of lying in front of the
boob tube. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, join the gym, participate in sports and
you will be much healthier and feel so much better. But most importantly, do an activity
you enjoy and do it with others. Make your activity a social event, it is so important to
connect with other human beings for your mental health also! So get up and exercise
you will feel energized!


Next up many of yous have gotten gout from eating those organ meats. My message to
you is very simple, no fatty organs for you, period. So what’s wrong with these organs?
We have discovered that it stores as it detoxifies the food we eat. Detoxification is
something our bodies do on a daily basis. It is the process of eliminating toxins through
the five eliminatory channels: liver, colon, lungs, kidneys, lymph and skin. Eating organ
meats increases your uric acid levels. Cut them off!


In the world we live in today, with polluted water, air and food, our bodies regularly get
overloaded with substances that are harmful to it –they are called toxins! As our bodies
become overloaded, they are also overburdened with eliminating these toxins so that
many undesirable substances stay in our bodies.


Surrounding these invading substances with mucous and fat is one way our system tries
to shield us from there harmful effects. A good portion of these harmful substances are
stored in our fat deposits! There is an exception to the function of fats, our body has
over 40 billion fat cells in it and they help cushion the vital organs and insulate us from
the cold. Cholesterol is an important molecule in the body, but did you know that most
of the cholesterol needed by our bodies is made by our own liver? The remaining
cholesterol is obtained through the foods we consume, it comes from the fruits and
vegetables that we eat and our body manufactures it in the liver.


Even if we don’t take in any cholesterol at all and take in those fats that do not have
cholesterol in them, unfortunately our body manufactures it! So it’s easy to get too
much. Persistently high cholesterol levels can be detrimental to our heart and blood
vessels. Various poisons from insecticides and fertilizers that are used in agricultural
products become concentrated in the liver as well as the kidneys, so that it takes seven
