Cauliflower Chowder

SERVES 2 TO 4
1 cup sprouted almonds
2 tablespoons shredded carrot
1 cup filtered water
2 tablespoons chopped onion, rinsed
1 head cauliflower, chopped (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Place the almonds, carrot, and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the onion, cauliflower, and yeast and blend until creamy. Add the
Braggs to taste. Pour into bowls and serve.
