Almond-Cumin Dressing
This simple dressing has a rich and robust flavor. Cumin seed is the dominant flavor, giving it an earthy taste.
MAKES 1½ CUPS
½ cup sprouted almonds
1 cup filtered water
2 teaspoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend or pulse until smooth. The dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up
to 2 days.
