Storange Smooth
This is a vitamin C-packed smoothie. Many people think of oranges as a great source of vitamin C. Although oranges do contain a fair amount
of the vitamin, the top honors go to acerola cherries, hot chile peppers, and strawberries. (Pictured here, bottom center)
SERVES 1 OR 2
½ cup hulled strawberries
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
2 bananas, peeled, frozen, and thickly sliced
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
