Banaberry


This is your standard smoothie. All I can say is it is berry good.


SERVES 1 OR 2

½ cup raspberries
½ cup hulled strawberries
2 bananas, peeled, frozen, and thickly sliced
1 to 2 cups fresh apple juice (2 to 4 apples) or filtered water

Place the raspberries, strawberries, and bananas in a blender. While continuing to blend, slowly add at least 1 cup and up to 2 cups of the apple
juice, as needed, blending until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
