The next day return the
orange puree to the small
saucepan, bring to a boil,
and boil for 5 more
minutes over medium-
low heat while stirring.
The finished jam should
be translucent. Transfer to
a jar or small bowl, cover
with a lid or plastic wrap,
and set aside.
