While far infrared energy rids the body of waste through its deep,
penetrating heat, negatively charged magnetic mattress pads do so
through polar force. When you sleep on a magnetic pad or place a
magnet anywhere on your body, the positively charged ions in the iron
in the hemoglobin in your blood are attracted to the negatively charged
ions emitted by the iron in the magnet. When magnets are placed near
an injury, this increases the blood supply to the injured area, and this
increased blood fl ow oxygenates the injured tissues, reducing redness

Alkaline water also rids the body of acidic waste. A water ionizer can
separate out the positively charged acidic particles from the negatively
charged alkaline particles, resulting in alkaline water for drinking and
cooking, and acidic water for washing, since the skin is acidic.^17 You can
also buy small bottles of an alkaline solution and add a few drops to
foods and liquids. One of my readers was not able to digest any food but
