7.23 For World and Individual Freedom
In the name of the beloved mighty victorious Presence of
God, I AM in me, my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, Holy
Christ Selves of all mankind, beloved Guru Ma and Lanello, the
entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World
Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth! I decree:
Beloved Archangel Michael, all the archangels and legions
of the Great Cosmic Light: Stand forth now in the name and by
the power of the sacred fire this day and always! We call to you
and to the heart of our beloved God of Freedom, the blessed
Ascended Master Saint Germain, and our magnificent Morya El,
representing the will of God, to seal, seal, and seal us all and all
mankind in an invincible focus of Cosmic Freedom!
Let this mantle of Light enfold us now and forever with
ten thousand times more radiance of the Light of Freedom than
we will ever need until we are wholly Ascended and Free!
Thou Great I AM Presence,
Come Thou Almighty King!
Come, come, come
In your flaming Power, Power, Power!
The All-Power of Freedom,
And strike, strike, strike a blow for Freedom
In the name of the Mighty I AM Presence:
Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech,
Freedom of the Press, and Freedom to Assemble.
In God’s name I AM enshrining within my heart
And the hearts of all mankind
The Four Sacred Freedoms
Forever, forever, and forever
To be the full Cosmic Law upon earth,
The Law of Life for each lifestream
In the dignity of the ascended Jesus Christ perfection,
That they may walk the earth in robes of Freedom!
I AM, I AM, I AM the full Power of Cosmic Christ accep-
tance that right now amplifies without limit and expands the con-
sciousness of God Freedom in the Name and by the Power of the
Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood to, by, and for
