The prophets and messengersof God are given miraclesto prove the
truthoftheirclaim.However,notallprophetsweregiventhesamemir-
acle.ProphetMusawasgiventhestaffwhichcouldturnintoaserpent;
Prophet‘Isawasgiventheabilitytocuretheblindandtheleper,andto
bring the dead back to life.
Prophet Muhammad(s.a.w.) wasgiventhe Qur'ānas amiracle. The
difference between all other miracles andthe miracle of the Qur'ān is
thattheothermiracleswereforthosewhowitnessedthemortheyended
withthedeathoftheprophets.Forustheyarenewswhichmaybebe-
lievedorsuspectedaccordingtothetrendofmindofthehearer.Butthe
Qur'ānisinourhands,abookcompleteinitself;itclaimsandbringsthe
proofwithin itself.Andits miraclesare being unfolded everyday. As
longasthesunrisesintheEastandsetsintheWest,theQur'ānwillre-
main as the final miracle of God.
