ideally in glass containers, and they will
last for up to six months.


  • DISCARDING SPOILED LEGUMES. It
    doesn’t happen often, but you can get a
    bad batch of legumes. Because you are
    working with very fresh and perishable
    whole foods, insects can contaminate
