- In a deep, heavy saucepan, heat the
Gila Masala over medium-high heat
until it starts to bubble. - Add the vegetables, chiles, garam
masala, coriander, cumin, red chile
powder, salt, and water. Cook until the
vegetables soften, 15 to 20 minutes. - Add the beans or lentils. Cook until
warmed through.
