Instant Chile Sauce


I normally dislike having to make a
dish and a sauce to go with it, but this
one is so easy and so worth it that I just
have to share it with you. The secret to
Indo-Chinese food often is the sauce.
You can make this and store it in the
fridge to use with all your stir-fry
recipes. Keep in mind, though, it does
pack some heat. I serve my girls the
above recipe without the chile sauce
and then add the sauce for the adults.


10 whole, dried red chiles, roughly
chopped


1 green Thai, serrano, or cayenne chile
