Coconut Chutney

No South Indian meal is complete
without coconut chutney. It’s not
complicated to make, but getting your
hands on fresh coconuts and cracking
them open might seem to be. If you can
find a place that has them (my local
Whole Foods Market does), just ask the
produce folks to break it open for you.
Remember, packaged coconut always
works, too.
