You’re never too old, too young, too rich, or too poor to start this ex-
ercise. Heck, just look at what I did when I was 12 years old...I knew I
wanted play tennis for Stanford and found a way to get there.
To help you make your dreams a reality, let’s look at my favorite sport,
tennis, as a comparison.
As a high performance tennis coach (with a professional tennis pro ca-
reer behind me), I now teach an integrated tennis system through online

veloping clear visualization techniques combined with great technical
strokes and skills. So when evaluating the strokes of players, I strategi-
cally show them how they can improve their ability to visualize what
they want to achieve on the court while improving stroke mechanics at
the same time.
The power of visualization can’t be underestimated when learning how
to play successful tennis. In fact, even if you have the absolute worst
technique in the world, you can ALWAYS visualize where you want to
hit each ball. The ball might not go where you want it to each time (even
the great champion, Roger Federer, doesn’t hit his spots every time),
but having the visual image in mind of your exact target puts you in the
right state to execute each shot to the best of your ability. Your mind and
body become laser-focused on finding the intended target.
Visualizing your targets on the court for ALL of your shots is just like
seeing how you want your own life to look like. If you can’t clearly see
the picture of your dream job, dream house, dream family, and dream
lifestyle, how can you consciously create it for yourself?
My advice to you is: Don’t rely on blind luck to create your ideal life.
