Result of the Pious
TheQurandeclaredthatvictoryshouldbetheshareofthepiousand
the virtuous ones:
Allahhaspromisedtothoseofyouwhobelieveanddogoodthathe
willmostcertainlymakethemrulersintheearthashemaderulersthose
beforethem.Andthathewillmostcertainlyestablishforthemtheirreli-
gion, whichhe has chosen for them. And that he will most certainly,
aftertheirfear,givethemsecurityinexchange; theyshallserveme,not
associatingaughtwithme,andwhoeverisungratefulafterthis,theseit
is who are the transgressors.
Godhasgrantedthosepiousservantswiththisnoblestandinginthis
world,andbestoweduponthembyimmortalizingtheirmentioningand
makingtheirlivesasexemplars.IntheHereafter,Godwilllodgethemin
the Paradise and the permanent felicity.
