Conscienctious Guidance
Usingallofitspowers,theIslamiceducationstrivesforcomposingthe
religious deterrentin the depthsof the soul,sothat thisdeterrent will
overcome the mental motives and hold the leadership and the guidance.
The only protector against deviation and tyranny is the alert con-
sciencethatisfullofthe spiritsofbeliefandconviction.Asamatterof
fact,theconscienceisthegreatestdeterrentthatguardsagainstfallingin
theholesofvicesandforbiddenmatters.Islamistryingtocomposeand
reformtheawareconsciencesoastocontrolthelusts,andguidetothe
bright fieldsthat achieveGod’s satisfactionand please the conscience.
ThisisthereasonbeyondthegenuinenessoftheIslamiceducationthat
succeededinachievingitsgoals.SomeFrenchgenerals,who havebeen
the rivals of Islam,confessed of the existence of this remarkable phe-
nomenon.They said,“Wemust notunderestimate IslamandMuslims.
Surely,Islam isamarvelousbeliefthat haspersistedonthisglobe. We
havetriedalloftheeconomic,capitalist,andadministrativelaws,butwe
failed.Theveryelementinwhichwehavefailedwastheequalityofdis-
tributionandmonition.InIslam,thismonitionisnotanindividualorof-
ficial duty.It is the fearof God andthe maturity of the religious con-
science. This is adequately a potential power in Islam. Unfortunately,
Muslimsdonotunderstandorappreciatetheirreligion,whichhasbeen
theonlyelementthatkeptandconservedthem.Ourmissionisprecisely
eliminatingthe aspectsofthisreligionbyimpoverishingthemin addi-
tion to massacring and depriving them of knowledge and fortune.”.
Thereisadivinegiftineachindividual’smentality.Yet,therearenu-
merouseffective andsharpsatanic tendencies. Eachmanhas aviolent
incentiveandapotentstimulustotheworld ofthe uncountedandun-
controlledlusts. Islamhasconsidered allthesethingsdeeply andcom-
prehensively;thus,itusedultimateaccuracyinparalyzingthevileactiv-
ities ofimpulses foruprooting anddelimiting them. Italsobrightened
thenoblepowersforcontrollingthespirits.Hence,Islamwentonprom-
ising the righteous of permanentbounty. The Quran is filled up with
magnificent pictures of the rewards and prizes of the pious. God says:
Mostsurely,therighteousshallbeinbliss,onthronestheyshallgaze.
You will recognize in their faces the
brightness of bliss.
