Goals, KRAs and Objectives
In order to accomplish its mission,
Imaginary has adopted the following goals:
GI: Develop a national "public
sector" production and distribution network which maximizes
profitability of Imaginary
while growing at a controlled and manageable rate. Imaginary
seeks a 15 percent ROI in 1991, 20 percent ROI iii
1992 an d ')percent ROI in 1993.
G2: Create 250
full-time jobs for people with disabilities or who are
incarcerated by
December 31, 1993.
G3: Ensure the long terni administrative and financial
stability of Imaginary.
For each goal, Imaginary has identified the following Key
Result Areas (KRAs) which are the
focus of the plan.
