overall strategic goals. It should

the following:

statement and philosophy

- Key result areas for
meeting each goal
* Measurable and quantifiable objectives
which address each KRA
* Strategies for meeting each objective
- Action plans for implementing
each
strategy

Implementation
This section of the plan
should spell out spe
cific issues related to implementation
of the
plan. Issues which should
be included in
this section include
the following:
" Organizational structure
* Major policies
and procedures required
to successfully
implement your plan
* Human and
financial resource allocation
- Evaluation and Control
Here we describe the
process for keeping
the plan up-to-date. Also include
the control
forms that will be used
to monitor the plan.
Ideally, responsibilities
per Action Plan
Coordinator are sorted
and included in the
appendix.
