seeds, peppercorns, and cinnamon in a small cloth spice
bag and add to mixture. Bring to a boil quickly, stirring
frequently until the mixture reduces to half the quantity.
Remove spice bag. Add lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
Continue boiling for ten minutes more.
Bottle catsup in clean jars, leaving ¾ inch of space at the
top of each jar for expansion. Seal and freeze immediately.
Always refrigerate the container that is currently in use.
