Exhibit 4-78. Problems with data acquisition - BP, data capture, and HR

„ Problem obtaining BP - BP not displayed on the BP monitor, not displayed in
ISIS - This problem can occur for several reasons. If the BP cuff is not positioned
correctly on the arm, if the SP has a large arm and the signal to the microphone is not
reaching the microphone, or if the SP is bending or flexing the arm at the time of data
acquisition, select this option. When this problem occurs, the technician should check
the position of the microphone. This problem can occur in one or all stages of the
treadmill test. If this occurs at the pretest measurement, you should reposition the cuff
and recapture the BP. You should always get a pretest BP before starting the test.

„ Problem with data capture - BP not displayed correctly on BP monitor - This is
not a problem with cuff position or the BP monitor. This is a problem with the transfer
of data from the BP monitor to the ISIS system. This may be caused by interference
with the data transfer from an outside source. If this happens, check the connections of
the BP monitor to the computer and to the power source at every connection. The BP
monitor should be on a different circuit than the treadmill. This could also be a
problem with the ISIS system in receiving the data transfer.

„ Problems obtaining HR - This can occur if there is something interfering with the
electrodes picking up the signal. This can be caused by such things as inadequate
preparation of the skin, poor placement of the electrodes, perspiration, chest hair
interfering with the adherence of the electrode to the skin, an irregular heart rate,
faulty electrodes, leads, or cables. If this occurs, troubleshoot to determine the cause.
