3.1.4 Be All Question

If the SP has completed all the exclusion questions and still remains eligible, an inclusive

question is asked to confirm that there are no other reasons for not completing a treadmill test. This

provides the SP with an opportunity to mention any reason that might not have been asked specifically.

The question reads:

Since you were interviewed in your home on {Household Interview Date} have there been

any changes in your health or medications that would prevent you from walking on a

treadmill for the fitness test?
