Rationale: Identifying and demonstrating decision-making skills are
elements of a positive identity and social competencies, and
are assets in youth development. Youth who describe or
display decision-making skills are more likely to engage in
positive, constructive behaviors and avoid negative,
destructive behaviors.
Target
Audience:
In-school and out-of-school youth who have completed at
least primary education.
Facilitator
Expertise:
Peace Corps Volunteers and local counterparts who have
been trained in how to use and adapt the Life Skills and
Leadership Manual.
