Email the data
Tap ‘Mail’ when exporting
health data to attach
the data file to an email
message. Who would you
send it to? A partner?
Send it to yourself to keep
a copy in the Mail app.Save to Files
Tap this to open the Files app
and all the online storage
services it is connected to, like
iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive
and so on. Save the health
data file to any of these.Edit and update
Before you export your health
data, check that it is up to
date. Is all the information
correct? Tap the ‘Edit’ button
on your profile screen and

Notes is a useful place to keep
a copy of your health data
and you can create a new
note or select an existing one.
