A. BIBLICAL WARNINGS AGAINST WORLDLY PLANS:
“Woe to the obstinate children, declares the Lord, to
those who carry out plans that are not Mine...heaping sin
upon sin” (Isa. 30:1).
“Do not grant the wicked their desires, O Lord; do not
let their plans succeed, or they will become proud” (Ps.
140:8).
“Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans
from the Lord, who do their work in darkness and think,
‘Who sees us? Who will know?’” (Isa. 29:15).
“The Lord foils the plans of the nations; He thwarts the
purposes of the peoples” (Ps. 33:10).
“The Lord Almighty planned it, to bring low the pride
