NOODLES IN CHICKEN BROTH


Cook the noodles about 8
minutes in the usual way. Drain
them well.


Have ready in another pan
about 1½ pints of good chicken
broth. When it is boiling, put in the
noodles and simmer until they are
cooked. Stir in then the same
mixture as for spaghetti à la
sicilienne (above) with the oil in
which it has been fried.


Serve in soup plates with plenty
