Dr Jensen's 'Ultimate Tissue Cleansing System' has
worked wonders for asthma sufferers and provided much relief to
arthritis sufferers. For me, my first fasts brought on a new lease of
life and endless energy.


I believe that all health practitioners should be well versed
in fasting and the knowledge of the eliminating channels (skin,
lymph, kidney, lungs and bowel). The liver detoxifies the blood as
a backup system for the elimination channels. Whilst the
government health service watches for disease and waits for
epidemics, it would be more effective to find out how to prevent
diseases, learn how to fix the cause of known diseases and not
simply deal with the end result.


A recommended exercise is the 'slant board', literally a 5ft
piece of wooden board kept at a slant, the angle depending on
your fitness. Try this for 5-10 minutes. Hold the board and bring
your knees up to your chest, move your neck from side to side
taking deep breaths. Sit ups and one leg raises are other
exercises that are beneficial for fatigue, hair loss, and heart
problems. As with all exercises of this nature do not try them if you
suffer from heart problems.


Dr Jensen once said 'If you believe a lie, then you live a
lie. If you believe in happiness, desire happiness and know how to
go about attaining happiness, then chances are you are happy.
However, the person who holds a vision of themselves as dis-
eased, distressed, blue, trapped or unable to get well has to be re-
educated. They have created their own world and trapped
themselves in it. Many are victims of percentage diagnoses- 'Your
chances of getting well are only 30%,' and we have to erase this
from their mind.'
